The Electronic Bill of Rights (EBOR) is a digital-rights framework grounded in existing laws and constitutional protections for privacy and property rights. It is designed to restore individual digital sovereignty over your Name, Image, Likeness, and Data (NILD)—your Digital Twin.

EBOR calls for banning addictive design and surveillance capitalism, protecting individuals from the unauthorized exploitation and monetization of their personal data, and establishing meaningful accountability for technology companies.

Most importantly, it seeks to enforce criminal liability, where existing criminal laws apply, rather than relying primarily on civil lawsuits, fines, and settlements as the consequences for unlawful conduct by Big Tech executives and corporations.
