    Richard holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Syracuse University with postdocs at NYU and Vanderbilt. Former NYU faculty and NASA AI researcher with 30+ publications bridging heliophysics and AI. Deep expertise building and deploying ML systems at global scale, leading teams across academia, startups, Fortune 100, and government. Richard joins us as a Principal AI Solutions Architect as the technical field lead for modern AI deployments. He joins us from his previous post as Head of AI at Percipio Health, focused on computer vision and RAG-based LLM systems for clinical decision support. Specializes in novel AI architectures including 3D deep learning, physics-inspired neural networks, and stochastic neural ODE solvers.
