  1. The Penthouse:
    • Features: Approximately 1,500 square feet, originally built as the Canlis family's residence. It includes a full-service bar, dining room views, wrap-around vistas of Lake Union and the Cascade Mountains, and a baby grand piano.
    • Capacity: Seated dinner for 25–80 guests; cocktail reception for 25–110 guests. 
  2. The Executive Room:
    • Features: Over 400 square feet of warmth and comfort, located on the main level. It boasts a fireplace and 10-foot high windows with north and east views of Lake Union and the Cascade Mountains.
    • Capacity: Seated dinner for 6–24 guests; cocktail reception for 12–30 guests.

    • Features: Floor-to-ceiling windows offering northwest views of the Bellevue skyline, Lake Washington, and the Cascade Mountains. Includes a private terrace for an indoor/outdoor experience.

  3. Vertigo Suite:
    • Features: Unobstructed views of the Pacific Northwest through soaring floor-to-ceiling windows. Modern design with flexible seating arrangements and audio-visual capabilities.
    • Capacity: Up to 80 seated guests.
