    Daniel Saroff is Group Vice President of Consulting and Research at IDC. He is currently a leader in AI research and analysis. Mr. Saroff also leads the CIO/End-User Research Practice at IDC, that guides business and technology executives to leverage technology to achieve innovative and disruptive business outcomes.

    Benjamin Sherman is a senior solutions engineer and architect at Fortinet. Ben is a trusted adviser in both cybersecurity technical engineering and scientific fields of monitoring, data mining, machine learning, data reduction, networking, archiving, governance, identity, compliance, and application performance analytics. As a program and product manager he has sustained high performing interdisciplinary scientific, engineering and consulting teams. Ben holds a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Resource Management from the Univ. of WI-Madison and Univ. of NH. He was a Research Fellow at Columbia University acting as a supervisor and staff scientist on NASA funded projects involving “big-data,” climate change and health.
